Many projects launched in Semenyih at the same time, need some time to digest...

Project attracts people, people attract commercial, commercial attract more projects, more projects attract more people, more people attract more commercial... and so on.. now still in the first stage..

Need some time to let Semenyih to grow and let more people to see the potential, if want the BBB mode on again... Price of course another factor that need to look into..

In think in this one year, more than 4000 new houses and apartments are sold in Semenyih...

By 6am in the morning, there is about 200 purchasers queing there already...

Lol... more than 150 people staying there whole nite, for the sake of a unit in EM, for me considerably many already..

Is it, stated in which item ya, sibeh long list, expect everyone can like lawyer read so many wordings..

Life insurance is exempted (item 11), but how about health and education?

Fruits are zero rated, but how about processed fruits juices, soft drink? Now I pigi kings beli one doughnut also need pay gst, right?

Education fees related to school, child care, college university are exempted, but how about education insurance?

Don't think mention in the list also...

Pisang goreng processed fruit too, need to pay gst as well, right?

Pakcik/Makcik said people charge gst on their cooking utensils to processed pisang, so they want to charge gst to customer also...
