Lol... Kajang east, what kind of amenities available there? So close to the Lekas also didn't build a connecting road so that can skip the Jalan Semenyih stretch along the Sunway Semenyih...

EMSO is there coz their sales gallery in EM is not complete during that time..

After the sales gallery in EM and connecting road directly from LEKAS is ready, not sure EMSO will still be there...

Still same thing from me, connecting bypass not ready yet, so far that's the ONLY main road go out from Semenyih now, unless you go in Lekas through Jalan Bangi, which is not convenient and jalan sempit.

KLCC and Ampang Point also only 5km difference, so both property value also same hor??

Goodview height has serious issue in terms of commercial activity and connecting road, and selling the subsale price...
