EM is simillar concept to SETIA ECO PARK..cctv/guard all around with lake/pond..
only different is that their town only for semi-d & bungalow.. rich people style lol. |

Look at Saraca which still managed to sell about 70+ units. At least we can see SEH trying to make a different introducing couple of theme parks within SEH. The improvement are continues... |
