Not sure if they want to launch the semiD unit in the near future, but zero lot bangalow (tralas) should still have units.

There are more than 10 show houses in Setia Ecohill now, but mostly are old model which sold out. Tralas on the other hand I think show unit is available.

From SEH to Cheras Sentral normally only takes 20 - 25 minutes. From Cheras sentral to bukit bintang normally needs another 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
