can u guide me where to click to view the 6 months statement?

before my first cycle ends, i can view my transaction for WISE card, but after cycle ends, can view current unbilled transactions, cannot view past transactions...

Are you referring to November statement? They did say November xx to xx statements will experience delay… though since it’s already 8th, seems like long enough though.

Or maybe you are just referring to not-user-friendly hlb online statement viewing.

Please go to My Statement >> Online Statement >> Download (drop down box last column) OR
For past 6 months, My Statement >> Online Statement >> View Online (click)… new page then select your preferred statement period.

2 questions:

1) new card? when did u get the card?
2) do u know your bill date?

FYI, Unbilled Transactions (before bill date) will be in Home >> Account Details >> Credit Card

after bill date, details are in Home >> My Statement >> Online Statement

However, with the introduction of email bill statement, online statement will not generate immediately. eg. my bill date was 7-Dec, online statement has not been generated yet. previously, i can see it immediately.

I guess still need to wait 1-2 days after bill date to get the online statement ready/generated.

Well, somebody want to slap their own face badly, if I quote my self, then it won't prove anything, so have to look for their gang's friend's reply to prove they are wrong.
But how come you all never align properly hmm.gif

1) there is no gang here in cc section
2) my post which you quoted is unrelated to the earlier discussion to prove who is right or wrong
3) to be honest (without belittling your knowledge), your statement highlighted below is wrong

QUOTE(supersound @ Dec 8 2014, 08:34 AM)
Read and understand the T&C stated, be it online or hard copies from branch.
1. Nope, cash back is counted based on transaction posting date and depends to your statement cut off date. So your cash back period are shorter if the statement date is end of the month.
2. Do not use auto debit, as if every transaction cost rm200, you may end up with 0 cash back or lower cash back.
Using this STUPID card is you spend rm1000 or lesser only, not more than that.
*
1) cashback is calculated based on posting date in a calendar month. so as long as it's posted in 1st to 31st, you will get the 10% cashback (for your selected categories, of course).
2) if your statement date is at the end of month, it won't cut off your cashback period to become shorter. assume that your statement date is 28th, if your transaction posting date is on 29th or 30th or 31st, you will still be entitled for the 10% cashback for the current month.

Nope, it will, by delaying the posting date. This is what you said before.

yes, i understand your point. assume that they will delay the posting date, but as long as being posted within 1st-31st, then it will not affect the cashback for that month. meaning that statement date will not cut short the cashback period in this case. nod.gif

No point arguing as different places have different practice. Like Caltex near BU is Tranx date + 3 days usually, some Petronas stations - T+1, Shell as well T+1. Maxis Pay T+2 etc. I dont think it's done by HLB side even though there's a chance of happening.

Please use the word Wise card and not STUPID card. smile.gif

I never take assumption at any 1 time.
And I don't know why, last time whenever I do the transaction nearing to end of the month, I always missed it, especially nearing rm100 quota.

If merchant do the closing on the same day, they will get the money on next day afternoon under office hours.
And I had a Caltex transaction that delayed for 9 days, where merchant got his money on second day. So is happen on HLB usually.

yes, you are right. it might have something to do with hlb about the posting date delay. i still remember last time the posting date took very long time which average took 3-5 days. when compared to other cc which i used at the same merchant, only take an average of 2-3 days only.

but after they upgraded the hlb connect website, the posting date has significantly improved. not sure whether others realised this, or it has nothing to do with it just coincidentally they all happened at the same period of time?

If once a blue moon 1 time, I don't mind, but when always happen around the same period, nope, I don't want to take the risk.

There is a slight difference between transaction/swipe vs merchant claim from bank vs posting to CC account.

In each swipe, the transaction is captured by bank. This transaction is left unclaimed (floating) for 7 days. The merchant need to claim this transaction. Once claimed, only bank can post it to your CC account as successful swipe. If left unclaimed past 7 days, the transaction is failed and removed from your account.

Add on another 1-day delay for HLB Connect to refresh the account details.

Posting delay with HLB sometimes a double-edged "feature". Good to shift the swipe to next calendar month/bill date (u swipe today but wanted it to get posted later). Bad if you're betting the transaction to be posted in current calendar month (to hit 10x RM50 swipes).

I'm with the former method, usually swipe on bill date or last day of the month so that it get posted for next bill or next calendar (cashback reset) if cb already full. I'm buying time to repay the bill biggrin.gif
