A red proton bang me from the back this morning in Sri Petaling area.

We negotiate and I requested him to pay me RM200 but that guy keep saying he only have RM50.

I told that guy just give me whatever you have first and please pay RM150 later.

I followed up with sms later which ask that guy to paid me by end of today otherwise I shall report to police.

He was not please with my request and said that I have agreed earlier that RM50 is the settlement and went ahead to police to lodge report first.

Later police called me and told me if I want to claimed insurance and make police report, please refund the RM50 to him. Otherwise there will be complication later when police issue saman to him and claim insurance from his insured.

I tried to call that guy but he is not answering now. Is what police said correct and anything else I can do?

I had accident on 15th Dec. Report made the same day, but waited almost two weeks now for the keputusan to ready. Still no feed back from the runner yet.
What is the fastest way to get the keputusan?
Without it, my car cannot be fix and claim the fellow that hit me from back.

Problem is it's not the workshop who follow up. I send my car back to the Manufacturer Service center, so they will not chase for the keputusan, but the runner did. But it takes ages for the runner to get the keputusan, as Sarjen takes long time to do the report.
Can we just call the polis station and ask for it?

How do I proceed from here?

Recently I hit someone at the rear (both car rear to rear). What is the process for the insurance claim? (Both car)

Last month my car got hit on the rear fender. The unker only offered peanuts to settle so opted to just make police report. Fast forward to today and still got no keputusan because the unker didn't make report. The sarjan say nothing I can do, JPJ will just blacklist the car owner. :/
Is this case solvable?

So after getting the sworn statement from commissioner of oaths, do I go back to polis or to the insurer? I also took pictures of the unker's plate and car.

Guys, if kena langgar kereta from the back while parked, and number plate cannot confirm (witness say is lorry but cannot give me the plates correct num lol) means Own Damage Claim la? Its a hit and run

Hi, got into an accident 2 weeks ago. Bought the police report and keputusan. The other party is wrong and I would like to claim from his insurance.
I asked my insurance agent if I can send my car to my own insurance approved workshop for repair but was told I need to go the the other party's insurance approved workshop instead.
Is this the procedure? How do I get to know the other party's insurance company?

Car insurance better renew online? Im doing mine through my agent, agent will charge 10% more?

I got my insurance through bank/agent, gonna renew soon. I'll ask the insurance company themselves to see if its true to get discount from them.

Renew online there is discount ke? Cause now I have my quote that I got from agent, wanna see if doing it another way will be cheaper.

Apparently Allianz online has no rebate as I have checked with them, are you using any good ones that can be renewed online with rebate?

Sorry to ask about police reporting here. Let’s say i got bang from another car at my door while i was switching lanes, if both of us make police report, will there be such a thing as police come up with a result stating both parties are in the wrong and therefore both need to pay saman?

Can third party insurance claim ? If let say my friend car is insured 3rd party insurance. He go bang some one.
