finally got my claims, more than 3 months after accident, can cover 90% of the repair cost

so Third Party Property Damage claim against motor is possible!

he was injured but not serious, called ambulance for him, but not sure if he claimed my insurance since his was comprehensive

if he injured then i'll have issue in claiming his insurance?

I have the car plate no in the report.

so how do I claim to the offender`s insurance ?

he/she did not make any report as checked by the traffic police.

adoi, just received offer letter....they only offer RM30 x 7days = RM210, instead of actual 14days which my car was in workshop.

I even include receipts of car rental (rm75 x 14days = rm1050) during LOU submission, why they only offer claim of RM210 so low?

now need to write letter to decline their offer n ask for more.

possible still got hope to fight to increase higher claim?

YIIPEEEE!!!!.....1 week after my appeal letter to them, today they finally offer me the full amount I asked for.
seriously, the 1st offer they gave was a friggin low ball.....lucky can get back my car rental money.

Anyway, my car too was hit from behind nearly 2 weeks ago and am now waiting for the Keputusan case to be completed. Seems that these 4 reports are needed to submit a claim
1. police report - 3rd party
2. policy sketch plan
3. police investigation report
4. police's photograph of damage vehicle
I wonder if these 4 reports from the traffic police is sufficient to make a claim to Pacific Insurance ? I checked from this site - https://www.mycarinfo.com.my/ISearch/Enquiry?version=b2c

that the vehicle which hit me is their insurer and it's 3rd party insurance.

Is this how I should proceed to claim against Pacific Insurance ?

Wait for the 4 items to be ready and submit them together with all the rest, like IC, driving licence, car registration, insurance policy, etc - to Pacific Insurance ?
