If add in this 4k (repayment plus maintenance fee) in your monthly commitment and you still have left over 5k then you can go ahead. But it's too subjective to answer your question since I don't know much on your current situation such as your monthly income, type of commitment, marital status, if married then got kids or not, where ypu staying etc. If base on me, I got heavy commitment so won't go for it even I have 5 figures income every month.

Yup. comment wise..pros and cons equally. If you have many bullets then this one south can be part of your property investment portfolio. If you plan for own stay then you have to a look and make considering from multiple angles before you purchase.
