Well...I don't think so...coz the most problems that I encountered when I used the Notes was trying to type short response e.g. Yes, No, OTW while driving...I know it is dangerous and I don't condone texting while driving...but...I only did this while waiting for the traffic lights to turn green...if using the Notes it was impossible for my thumbs to reach the other end of the keyboard haha...

A. email epermit@sirim.my and tell them what you want to import.

B. someone from SIRIM will reply with SIRIM bank info and 3 forms

C. have the following documents ready, and email them to epermit@sirim.my (also send it to the person who emailed you the forms):
1. photocopy of your IC
2. shipping invoice from DHL/UPS/FedEx
3. billing invoice from Apple
4. iPhone 6 tech specs page from Apple website
5. the forms they gave you. (CMC_02-2, SAC_01-1, SAC_01-2)
6. receipt saying you banked in RM 100 to SIRIM bank account

D. they will process in 24 hours. you will get an approval ID starting with "SQASI" first. wait until they send another email with full approval in PDF form. forward that PDF and the approval number to DHL/UPS/FedEx.

P.S. i advise you do this before the item reach malaysia.
