Based on past year trend for the release of the other iphones, it doesnt seem like we can see any confirm date for the release of the phones. It can be as late as end of october or mid november.
There are times when we're in the same batch as china and there are times where we're later even. |

It's things like this that make me don't want to buy online. This guy got his phone delivered and can press on his screen on top left side and got clicking sound. Already happy got the phone and now have to suffer more waiting for warranty claim.
You can't take it to local reseller, they don't support it yet. |

So let me get this straight, there are no screen protectors that fully wrap around the edges of the phone?
The only way to get full edge to edge screen protection is to wrap the phone, which is a service only available in Taiwan? |

On that day, I got myself an iPhone4 32GB. Very proud of it back then. Brought to office that same afternoon showing off to everyone in office. While on the same day back at Penang Queensbay Mall, ppl are still queuing like nobody's business. Fast forward to present day. iPhone6 has really made an impact compare to previous iPhone 5 releases. I'm seriously considering to get one, but of course with the right price. I don't want to burn a hole in my wallet in the end of the day. So, I'm patiently just waiting for news from Maxis, most likely will sign up 2 years package deal. Then when the day comes, I will just start lining up again at 7am.    They gave the option to purchase outright from them during registration of interest, something they never repeated ever since. I don't even use maxis back then, apparently there was some miscommunication, so to avoid PR backlash since it's widely publicized they gave me one. Never changed my phone ever since, and now hopefully I get to upgrade my phone during the launch, this time at apple resellers  They probably got better at it now over few launches. |
