QUOTE(kokfei33 @ Oct 13 2014, 10:26 PM) As per my earlier comments. Sorry bro but I really can't understand your English especially para3. Maybe you could rephrase ur sentence. Thx. Getting Started ** Group: Junior Member Posts: 60 Joined: Jan 2010 Warn: (0%) ----- Few factors lead to delay in the launch for Malaysia (if we really don't get it this 17th) 1) Incredible demand everywhere and next big launch - China 2) Samsung in preventing further loss, launch Note 4 ahead of schedule and incidentally Malaysia is one of those. By confirming a launch on the 15th and 2 days later 17th with the telco. Can Maxis launch 2 big market phones at the same time? Answer : No. 3) Apple acknowledging Malaysia Note 4 launch dare telco for sales no as good as better years to match global launch. Taker anyone? No, cause nobody can juggle 2 at the same time esp Samsung ground is always strong here. If you sell few thousands Note 4 in the same week, how to sell Iphone 6 matching or better at the same time. 4) History serves us bad. If I'm not mistaken we never have an IPhone launch within 1 month from a Samsung premium gadget. So if we don't get it any sooner (on 17th), we will only be getting it in mid or end Nov the earliest. |

QUOTE(Shoki @ Oct 13 2014, 08:59 PM) QUOTE(yclam5729 @ Oct 13 2014, 09:00 PM) It is about country affordability in the eyes of others. Malaysia is worse than Thailand in owning iPhone? What a shame! QUOTE(A1700 @ Oct 13 2014, 09:05 PM) Actually Malaysia not small and singapore not really that big also... If you look into the number of early adopters (grey side), you will know why the demand for malaysia unit is always lower than the others. Reason == = those who wanted iPhones already bought it from other countries. If Apple wanted an accurate data, they should pick a date and launch at the same time. By then, they will have actual numbers of the number of buyers in each country. Just ask whereisthelove, DirectD, SatuGadget, etc how many they sold... |

QUOTE(PBDHH @ Oct 13 2014, 09:47 PM) I sent and email to Teresa & Nat from Apple an hour ago and now, the article:- Bro, u da man http://www.apple.com/pr/library/2014/10/13...This-Month.html Can't be accessed at this moment. I received a call back within 30 minutes the moment I sent out the email from Apple spokesman whom stated this clearly "The list is not the final version and Apple has rights to ammend the lists from time to time and some of the countries are not listed due to local government authorities and regulatory restrictions which Apple is still trying to work it out internally." |

QUOTE(deepan84 @ Oct 13 2014, 10:36 PM) Sorry bro but I really can't understand your English especially para3. Maybe you could rephrase ur sentence. Thx. Para 3: I'm trying to say that the telco need to prove to Apple they can sell as much Iphone as they have promised even though Samsung launching the same time. I believe none of the telco can do that. So what for Apple wants to launch at the same time? Esp when they have so much to supply elsewhere. Most importantly, we always get Apple at least 1 month after Samsung. |

Ha ha ha... relax la people... We got both the iPhone 4 and 5 in December previously, why the sudden expectations that it will change for iPhone 6? We're not a priority for Apple, so lets just deal with it. Those that can't wait already bought grey units or jumped ship to Android... Those of us who are unwilling to part with that much cash, just have patience lor...

QUOTE(vexus @ Oct 13 2014, 10:20 PM) QUOTE(vexus @ Oct 13 2014, 10:24 PM) Malaysia Iphone will be launch in November. Pick one and stick with it la, main bantai only your speculations and excuses. Sekejap government fault, now telco fault. Nothing to add to the discussion without concrete proof then keep quiet la. Your speculations have no basis whatsoever, all a shot in the dark and hope it hits your blind target. Why? Telco issue? Most subscriber contract will end by Nov. Telco use this opportunity to gain more sales. |
