will the road in front development open up to share access between palace court and Kuchai entreprenium? or they will fence up it as the garden to be construct at sales gallery area for Kuchai sentral residence usage only?

Linear Park will be handed over to DBKL (open park around 1 acre) and road in front as well.

This road consider as extension of "Jalan Kuchai Maju 9" from Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park to front of KL Palace Court.

Right now this is a private road for gallery access and construction use, sometimes we found neighborhood residents walk over to and fro Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park.

tqvm. means that linear park will be open for public. once the road is open, seen its very convenience for palace court residence to access Kuchai entrepreneurs rather than need to drive out the main road and turn back again.

any idea the abandon building or existing flat to be refurbish?

I made a booking for type C

indeed type C is at a very good price..juz its face exactly sunset and the abadon building...and only 1 unit available per floor.
but cost/sqft is quite ok

bro if you had paycut & reflected in your salary slip, bank will have consideration to request add in joint borrower.

for the HOC yes they are in the mids of applying & still pending MOH to officially announce the gazette details, but all are expecting to be the same terms

I feel it's going to be really dense. The area around is already super dense. Traffic is there.

I am not sure if Surau Nur Hidayah is nearby. One of my agent went to there checked and didn't see one. Can anyone confirm?
