No heard this developer Menta before..

Is this good for own stay?

Kuchai Sentral is maiden project of Menta so you may not heard its name.

Menta has been established on 1982 and it is specialized on earthwork and infrastructure works, prominent projects completed / on going are Pan Borneo Highway Sabah section, Petronas Plant Pengerang Johor, etc.

The development on properties will be new arm for Menta.

In terms of location and convenience of life needs, Kuchai Sentral is a great deal to have own stays, you are welcome to visit our gallery (open daily).

It's convenient as it's close to the shophouses where there are quite a few eateries (e.g. Goon Wah restaurant), convenient stores, dental clinics and GPs, etc.

The bad part is that the roads going in and out of this project are rather narrow. The worst is the Jln Kuchai Jaya road connecting the shophouses where Goon Wah is as there's a lot of rampant parking on the roadside. Hopefully that once the road connecting to Jln Kuchai Maju 9 where this project's sales gallery is sitting on is returned to DBKL, then there will be an alternate route to escape from that former road.

To add, theres one abandoned building next to it. And some low cost apartment along the road. (not very well maintained)

I always thought that abandoned row of shophouses are owned by this developer along with that empty plot next to it.

If it's owned by some other entity, I wonder why they just left it like that. Its an eyesore whenever I frequent Goon Wah in the past. 🤔

Wasn't this prelaunched many months ago?? Haven't ofdicial launch,?? 5 lifts for 14 units?? Seems high dense.

Went to their gallery. Overall concept quite ok. Selling 530 to 560/sqft. Not really familiar with kuchai area. But 1800 unit wont it be too conjested?
