for those of you guys who wans to know how the mini replacement housing looks like....

now the new batch does not come wif the small "U" shape clip.....but you can always use back your very own clip.........no problem about tat cause tat clip is fixed on the inside of the hsg.......

haiz open it. Everything look fine ar? even tweak the speaker or move it a bit. Still no sound after put everything back. Its the Mic (the ear speaker when cakap) not the music speaker. Since that i ok.

This guy from Hong kong who modify the RAM inside Mini ..

If you're confident, go ahead... check the front speaker's connector "legs"

make sure it can touch the other ECB (Electronic circuit Board) firmly. if it looks like the connectors are "flat" use a pin to 'Korek" out a bit... Don't break it!!

This one must try!!....... one day lar....

Wah can double the RAM le! How to do it? The person in the picture is student ar? Do Trigonometry half way can also tweak Mini? Respect! But I thought RAM is hardware right? How can double it up like that without adding it physically like PC? Or is it the screen is made up just for fun to show off? Haha just a guess...

There was this service overseas that changes the hardware of your O2 Mini in this case the Size from 64mb to 128mb. But it was never offered here.....

my seller tell me that his friend also modified RAM into 128MB ...
he is a E&E engineering d... he know a lot of electrical thing... so he do it by himself...
but !! if fire the chip wrongly .... HAHA..... a BIG PROBLEM...!!

Im also a mini owner.. accidentally drop the phone the other day and dented left rear corner.. but since its aluminium, found that I can minimise the damage on the looks by using plier.. it still look uneven but better..

Just change the casing bro. Since now there is a step by step guide by a forumer here......

How often do you guys Align screen?
I seem to have to do it nearly everyday
Is it normal? or time to change screen protector or what???

Bodhi, there might be something wrong with your touchscreen which might need tending to. Service Centre is your best bet.

I don't know if Handphone shops sell them cos they are of much bigger size compared to Phone screens so its best you go check out PDA Shops. I got mine from PDA Expert at Low Yatt for arounf RM50. Its worth it I tell ya.

actually the RM8 also can last long !!! mine aldi 6 month, a bit scratch only

mine also mf ... almost 1 yr already just scratch on the bottom as i always write my sms

I noticed how much better the Martin Fields one was when I compared playing virtual Pool on it. You see, this game requires you to hold your stylus down ont he screen and then draG towards your desired direction really fast to launch the cue stick.

With my old RM15 screen protector, after a month the scratches were every evident. PLus you could see that you are not looking at the natural colourations of the screen. But with the MF one it was superb and I also realised the protector was extra smooth. Didn't scratch much during 12 months of use.

Just only COD with daijoubou for 3 Martin Field SP. Dunno when to change my old SP... So expensive la. Maybe wait till old one scratch till cannot see the screen baru change kua. I noticed something... SP for Atom Exec is little smaller than for Mini! Tat means the screen is also smaller!
