You see , Xscale has WMMX on it [its just like the same MMX for your PC , it helps to speed up FPU calculations , thus Xscale has a little bit of umph compared to Samsung]. Plus , there are some picky programs which requires you to have WMMX-enabled processors in order to run certain programs [Mostly games]. Other then they are both 'Equivalent'...Its just that Intel has an extra kick on their processors !

SAMSUNG is much like AMD in PDA World. They arent popular , but they produce cheap and superb chip. The samung processor on my rx3715 runs pretty good...Beats the crap out of an Intel PXA272 312Mhz processor. But that thing beats my samsung CPU in certain tests [mostly FPU Tests , I guess its because of MMX
