For the pass 3 days i add creatine into my suppliments after done some research and getting few recommendation .
But these 3 days i felt so weak and tired even i felt dizzy when i workout .
Not even 30mins of workout , ive ran out of energy .

Is this normal early symtoms when consuming creatine ?
Plus i felt so hot and swearing unsually .

I doubt so. What's ur diet plan like ? it could be the amount of calories u're consuming.

Morning - oats , milk ,2scoop of protein shake
Pre lunch - 2 banana
Lunch - rice + chicken / beef with some greens
Pre workout - Bread , banana , protein shake
Post workout a.k.a dinner - same as lunch
Supper - oats with milk / protein shake

I doubt its because of calories intake..
I feel like fainting after workout 30mins
Before this i never encountered this prob..

then check your gym routine.. body need to rest.. take more days off..

btw why take 3 bananas per day? hyperkalemia can cause fatigue but rare

High protein intake and high potassium diet can damage your kidney..

Try taking a week off from the gym and rest . Have u ever deload before? probably that could be the reason. There's many factors that could be the cause of u being fatigue during workouts.

Then use common sense. Stop the creatine and see if everything back to normal.

Also did you drink enough water. Because taking creatine will require you to drink lots of water, otherwise you might be dehydrated.

I think you are allergic to creatine. No one experiences such symptoms with creatine.

OP this is not proven science but some of us are more sensitive to certain supplements than others. I had an adverse reaction when I first started creatine - fatigue, feeling sick etc but it soon faded away when my body got used to it.

You could try other forms of creatine instead of monohydrate - chelate, nitrate, and see if it helps.

... could be just a psychology matter ... you may just don't like the taste, or your body just feel yucky towards it ... same thing you may feel about certain food at times ... try not using it for a week, then go back to using it gradually, and see if it works ... try different combination as well, cause maybe the mix just doesn't gel with you too well ... I heard from certain shop that not many people like the creatine feel or taste, but I personally have not try it yet, while I have personally tried glutamine which does not have taste and easily combine with protein drinks after workout ... smile.gif ...

Actually ive found the problem ,its called nausea .
I doubt that im the only one who had this problem , so i look around the web and ive found that quite numbers of creatine user experience it..

This is caused by few things
1) Mix creatine without enough water
2)Drink it way too fast
3)The creatine doesnt mix completely

So i correct it by mixing my creatine with more water , drink it slowly take my time to finish the creatine and make sure all the creatine powder mix well enough with the water .

Now i feel much better consuming creatine .
For those who had same problem and those who are going to consume creatine in the future and encountered the same thing , you guys can try the solution above .

Strange. On a few instances, I ate the creatine straight from the scooper then drink a mouthful of water to flush them down my throat.

Doesn't seem to bother me except the taste.
