i see many people said giant dun would be best choice but most all my friend said hell boss is better

can someone give me explanation

hell boss can drop 3* - 5* runes of random slots with grade from white (no substat) to blue (2 substats).

Until you can do giant b8 and up, look for some basic one in hell maps first with the correct main stat (example, for an attacker, look for 1 set of fatal and 1 set of blade, with slot 2,4 & 6 main stat atk%) and make them into +9. This will double the atk power (or HP or speed), which make you team in decent shape. Then you can start to think for better runes, whether from giant b8 and up or shop.

3*/4*/5* doesn't really matter because the difference is usually less than 5%. 6* will have a big jump.

my best killer is roger 5 star, got rina and chloe both also 5 star, but all I need is better attacker, I have enough support now, rakshasa or ninja will be good, but all I got is 3 stars out of 14 scrolls, actually I got 6 more scrolls, but imagine, 8 scrolls, all 3 stars, and an awakened martial cat, wtf same thing happening since last 3 pulls, not enjoying this anymore.

there are good attackers in 3* also... fire/water high elemental, fire inferno, water amazon, fire inugami, wind archer...
