any nine tail water izzit important for her to hav higher accuracy for CC effect?

i got bad luck in summoning oso...
so far only managed summon 4* wind samurai nine tail water gruda( water bearman awaked) chichi(howl awaked wind) epikon priest fire brownies wind |
