QUOTE(bakacupid @ Nov 2 2014, 11:50 PM) thx you for peri peri and your explanation. btw, u ada beli tak? or still considering? if u wan to buy, which one u perfer? liberty or i suite? I would go for i-Suite, considering Liberty is mostly snapped up and the pricing is abit out. And the new york theme and setup doesn't really impress me.. I prefer their wall to be brick-like, without cement, just like the one in PJ Trade Center (although one part they have wallpaper with brick design, okay for one glance but looks fake over time). On top of that, I would prefer if i-City could considering revamping their theme park.. it looks more like a bigger version of funfair (those always held in Giant supermarket car park).. That take a bit value off the entire project.. If they can do something like a mini Universal Studio.. or even Sunway lagoon level is good enough..

QUOTE(webby88 @ Nov 3 2014, 12:08 AM) Liberty is Service Residence and i-Suite is SOVO right? I think both are service resident.. there is another block called i-Sovo, if i am not mistaken.. behind i-Suite.. that was launched even earlier...

QUOTE(JamesPond @ Nov 3 2014, 02:07 AM) i-City provides Grade A offices and it seems al-Rajhi Bank is purchasing 36 units of i-City Cybercentre 1 Office Suites for RM95 million. http://www.bernama.com.my/finance/news.php?id=349078According to SA, company like IBM and CISCO currently have some servers being staged in i-City. Don't know how true is that. Because part of the project, there will be a phase across the federal highway, where they will built data center. JamesPond must have not visited i-Gallery.

QUOTE(Babizz @ Nov 3 2014, 01:34 AM) Please provide the list of large/established MNC's in I City now or committed to leasing space in the future? How many office towers are kept by the developer to be leased out? Large companies don't like to negotiate with small Sovo/soho owners n tear down their walls.. Of course MNC will be utilizing the office unit and not SOHO or SOVO. I see SOHO or SOVO are mostly for personal use. Is just that if you are a small company with 3-4 ppl, then you can convert it into an office. Or you are a one-man company, it is just like working from home.

QUOTE(propinsight @ Nov 3 2014, 05:54 PM) personally, i like the new york theme, and besides that, proper marketing has been done for this project, with LRT Line 3 kicking in, everything comes in a whole all of a sudden. its something like buying a new baked cookie from the same chief that made some cookies earlier, but during the earlier cookie was made, you don't know it tasted good, until everyone know that the chief made good cookies, everyone wants the newly baked cookies. i guess the above theory apply in this scenario, not so sure though, but after visiting the show unit, i kindly like it compare to isuites 566sqft (slightly more expensive due to 100sf difference) but no balcony. You can't say iSuite was more expensive. You need to count by sqft. Anyway I feel the brick wall is a bit fake after realize it was wallpaper. Lack of shelf and wall cabinet, considering it supposed to be New York theme. Imagine all the moveable decoration is removed, does it still looks like New York theme?

QUOTE(ibbrio @ Nov 5 2014, 03:41 PM) you see the problem is some workers will still stay because of their employer renting it or owning it this is not the normal living this is the packing sardine tilamx5 on the floor and double deck beds reason is simple we continue to have illegal workers who will be safer to walk to work then travelling in a van. so how many units will be like this nobody knows until we see later also since thai retailers perhaps many thai girls live there? i have seen the previous high rise there in icity sibeh high density man like what 20-30 overs units per floor? What is the previous high rise u have seen in iCity? 20-30 units per floor? nola.. why dun u say is 100 units per floor la..
