Why are there tiny trades done for say 1 lot (100 shares) where the share price is just 8.5 cents. Cost of share is just RM8.50 but the brokerage+clearing+stamping is much higher ?
*
sorry beginner here..

i think i need some clarification. why is it cost of buying much higher?

brokerage+clearing+stamping :: (0.007 x 8.5 ) + (0.0003 x 8.5) + 1 = RM 1.062

1.062/ 100 shares = 1.06 cents per share

8.5 cents (share) >> 1.06 cents (buy cost)

>> cost per share is 1.06 cents, why higher ? in what sense you mean higher cost? the maths or value?

referring to the above post by you... 8.5 cents per share, 1 lot (100shares) = RM8.50.

what were you trying to say actually.. you are saying the cost of share for RM 8.50 lesser than the brokerage+clearing+stamping?

Bursa Method

The question is are you investor or trader? Go find it yourself first.

This course is for investor obviously.

And it's depends on your capital too.

Below 10k better for trader imho.
