1) Do they charge you (brokerage fee/clearance/stamp duty) if you cancel an order on que?
2) Trust account and Available trading limit ... if you deposit 10k ... what is the available trading limit?
*
1. No. 0 cost, so you can queue for fun. laugh.gif

2. It depended on individual broker house on individual, no specific rules on it.

Different broker can have different procedure on the trust account.

But generally, if there is a trust account to start with, whatever sale and purchase done, which will add/deduct through the trust account.

Standard procedure for not settling the payment after T+3 is force sell at T+4, and the discrepancy (if make a loss) will be charged based on daily interest while if there is surplus (make a profit), the extra money will remit to you.

Hi sifu sekalian

wan ask.. if the stock show no volume what does it means?
it does not show any price in the stock market today. what does it mean.
the status still active

thanks

No trade done.

If buyer want 1.00, while seller want 1.02, both insist their on price, then no deal, no volume done.

Hey Guys,

One question regarding Mitra-WC warrants:

After alot of research, i found this announce: [attachmentid=5914996]

From my understanding, it says that the excercise price of Mitra-WC has changed from 0.90 to 0.60, due to their stock bonus issue back in 2015 August.
So from the current price of the Warrant, i see the trading of the warrant is very low priced right now, as there is about zero premium.

On my HLE broker platform, the warrant info still says 0.90 excercise price. So i am unclear which excercise price is true.
Should i trust the attached announcement?
*
If the source of announcement come from KLSE website or the company one, it should be the correct one.

If there was a bonus issue, warrant exercise price will always be adjusted accordingly one.

Sorry if these noob questions have been asked before but appreciate if the sifus here can help me understand what is limit up and limit down. Certain counters at times hit limit down, there's a lot of buyers but sell order not done even when throw to the buy price. I don't understand
*
Limit up or down is the max or min price that can be transacted during the day/session.

For time period before market open and close, there is a period no matching will be done until the opening/closing price is set through price discovery process called TOP/TCP (theoretical opening/closing price)

If a counter hits limit up or down during trading hours, does it mean no orders can be matched?
*
Order still can be matched, trading still can go on, as long as the price doesn't exceed the limit.

Example, limit up Rm1.00
Seller only can key in order max at RM1.00.

- What is Bursa Malaysia / KLSE ?
- Study CANDLE stick chart only, what is Candle Stick Chart ?
- He asks me not to study fundamental analysis, only study technical analysis, and what are the things in technical analysis should do, how do technical analysis looks like ?
- What is OPM Plan ?

Thank you in advance for any kind replies... Very Much Appreciated..

1. KLSE still need to explain/answer? doh.gif

2. Candle stick is one of technical charting method, Can google what it is about.

3. Technical analysis, only look at how share price move, it doesn't look at company fundamental, whether the company is making a loss or profit, or doing whatever business. It purely look at price movement trend, momentum, strength.

QUOTE(nimrod @ Jun 14 2016, 10:06 AM)
Hi all,

How does warrant works when it reaches maturity date?

Can somebody help to enlighten me?

For e.g. Ewein-WA (7249WA)

assuming i bought 1 lot at 0.34
and it is expiring tmr.
Current price = 0.34
exercise value = 0.61
exercise ratio = 1:1
premium = 0.03
premium % = 3.26
gearing = 2.71

current Ewein price = 0.92
*
You convert the warrant into mothershare by paying the exercise price.

Hi
How to count dividend?
Example Tambun
Single tier final dividend of 6 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each. current price rm1.38

0.06 x rm0.5 = 0.03
0.03/1.38x100=2.17%

Hevea
Single-Tier Final Dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share of RM0.25 each. Current rm1.19

0.01x0.25=0.0025
0.0025/1.19x100=0.21%

Correct?
*
Incorrect.

6 cents per share, means getting 6 cent every share you owned, nothing to do with the par value of 0.50 or share price 1.38.

1 broker house - 1 CDS account which won't be cross linked.

So you need to open a new one whenever you open a new trading account with a new broker house.
