Hi all, i am new to stock market and had recently started to invest in stock via maybank2u stock online.

I would like to enquire why there is no last price(=0.00) for that particular stock i bought showing in the "my portfolio" tab? This mean that I have a total lost...

can anyone advise on this? appreciate a lot!

If follow Maybank charges formula, there is a big different. Check below calculation:

But If i try to avoid extra charges per transaction, I'm afraid My selling Volume will NOT easily be matched because it is big volume & not many people buy big volume (Just Saying..)

any advise?

I think you've misunderstood how the broker charge you. Unless you're playing for separate days, assuming you are charge intraday trade (meaning sell everything on the same day), you will only be charged once for the day with the same stock and the same transaction.

Is the last price (0.00), it's stated before the open? If yes, then it's just defaulted that way. No apparent reason though.

If the price is 0.00 but shows the value on the bid and the ask, then as what Henry's said, no trade took place yet.

Does anyone has a good trade record template (e.g. in Excel or mobile app) that's suitable for Bursa Malaysia trading?

I wanna record down all the trades I've done daily & keep track of my profit & loss as well, and etc.

I can't find any good one...intro anyone?

Thanks a million.

When I browse through bursa equities price list, I noticed the legend below that indicated the meanings.

Hope this is helpful smile.gif

To your question, according to the legend, [s] means the particular stock is shariah compliant smile.gif

I just called up Maybank to enquire about opening account in their Bangsar HQ branch, she told me that we can open a trading account at their HQ or other non-trading Maybank branch or even a Maybankinvest / MAYBANKinvest-i
trading account online.

However there are differences, if open through Maybank Trading HQ you will get less brokerage fees and something else... I couldn't get my head around that time. Do you guys have any idea about this?
