I think you've misunderstood how the broker charge you. Unless you're playing for separate days, assuming you are charge intraday trade (meaning sell everything on the same day), you will only be charged once for the day with the same stock and the same transaction.

Is the last price (0.00), it's stated before the open? If yes, then it's just defaulted that way. No apparent reason though.
