I think the u-turn albeit less than satisfactory but still acceptable, but is there any time frame stated for connecting road in Jelok Impian? may go there over the week end, explore a bit hear that got to pass by jail

If only 3-4km via highway should be very fast. As all buyer aware of this befote signing S&P mean they feel it acceptable.

But that two connecting roads when go there in Sept last year the SA told me not so soon but unable to confirm target date to open is really no good.

Agree with you...... If SHL can built a route from KL area u-turn to the GVH.(at least shorten few KMs) then this is really great idea and selling point.

It involved a lot of money with only 188 acres land but commercial viable, no property developer will do a loss making business.

Twin Palms houses mostly are bungalows, semiD and super-links, while Goodview Heights mainly double storey terrace houses, different class lah 

Hehe even without flyover GWH still sell at hot cake.

Went to GVH recently, notice the shoplots are completing very fast. The corner lot shop is already starting renovation. Wandering what kind of business doing there ... hope is not MYDIN
Anyone happens to know ...??

How I wish the developer could be generous enough to built a small flyover direct into the front guard house from the main road, any QS out there that knows the cost of building one like tat, similar to IOI property at The Zen Condo in Jalan Kinrara...

Logically yes.... so i assume there will be a mini market, car workshop, few restaurants, a clinic and a bank (maybe)...
