Wah, if GVH do like this, sure Kajang Perdana resident beh song already.. In return, I think Kajang Perdana resident will request the main gantry of the GVH to be demolished as well, coz it's public road also. In future, TTDI groove and Kajang Perdana resident can use the road in GVH to access to the Silk and no need to make a big turn at Silk-Lekas interchange. GVH resident currently paid maintenance fees for the main gantry ultimately will be demolished as well.

That's public road I presume. GVH has no rights to set up a gantry there, be it only function from 12am till 6am. As a matter of fact, that's the requirement for all the guard houses withint the entrance to their respective presint. However, seldom see people really practise it, some even question about this. Currently I believe all the residents is paying some maintenance fees for this gantry, which most likely shall be demolished in future I presume.

Yeah, it seems like approval already obtained and now the construction is already in progress, perhaps currently is in the final tune on the alignment and land acquisition. AZRB expect EKVE to be completed by 2019.

Just wondering how can MPKJ approve the main gantry of GVH if it is public road. If they can approve the main gantry of GVH, they should approve the boom gate by Kajang perdana resident as well.

I think some NGO in Ampang already started the protest.

I think the issue now is why MPKJ can approve the gantry on a public road, while demolish the boom gates by Kajang Perdana. If MPKJ shall demolish the boom gates by Kajang Perdana resident, they should demolish GHV gantry as well. If the gantry can operate with the condition the barrier only can be used from 12am till 5am, then the boom gate for Kajang perdana should be allowed with similiar condition as well. I think Kajang Perdana also has a guard station at their boom gate.

Lol.. True as well, that's why I said both gantry and the boom gates should demolished, so that GHV resident can have the access and no need make big u-turn, while Kajang perdana / TTDI residents can use this road connect to Silk, without the need to make the turn at Lekas-Silk interchange. Benefits for all the residents..

I think it is irrelevant, if Kajang perdana change the barrier back to manual, is that allowed, give the condition it is public road?

I dun think Kajang Perdana shall spend such amount of money to operate a a gate which only can be operated from 12am till 5am, so do the main gantry. If GHV complaint on kajang perdana boom gate, sure in return kajang perdana resident shall complaint about the main gantry of GHV. Ultimately, I foresee ultimately both also will be demolished or abandoned.

The main gantry maybe still can be in operation if no complaint. But if GHV complaint till Kajang perdana lose their boom gate, I think kajng perdana will complaint kao kao on the gantry as well.

Be it real GnG or FnG, none of them can build barrier on a public road. Be it GnG or FnG, they still have the guidelines that need to be followed..

I foresee there will be a big show between the Kajang Perdana RA with GVH.. Ultimately I think MPKJ shall instruct to demolish both gantry and boom gate, coz both also being built on a public road

Yeah, looks a bit similar, though it looks much more jam pack than the one in Ecohill.

So, those kids slide, seesaw, swing not being provided by SHL?

Does SHL provides any basketball court, futsal court or badminton court for goodview residents?
