Mind to share the DMC? If there is really a DMC signed for goodview height, that's mean it should be better than palm walk 3.. This at least proves SHL is improving and not only wash hand after sales..

DMC is an essential legal binding agreement between the purchaser and developer, not a normal agreement I presume. My DMC with EM is about 53 pages long, not sure about goodview height one, most probably is due to the strata title.

The most essential element in the DMC is about the maintenance fees I presume, not those general information. Is it clearly stated that paying the maintenance fees is a must and the developer shall impose some measures against those who are not paying? hmm.gif hmm.gif

Already taken back the stamped DMC? Can share the portion of maintenance fees? If goodview height is with DMC, it is a better buy then palm walk series...

Thanks for sharing, what will happen if the resident refuse to pay, especially after third year? Did that mention clearly in the DMC?

It is a fairly generous package by SHL for goodview height, congrate on your purchase.

Yes, I am a purchaser for EM, in short, purchaser for EM only pay for MOT, others are absorbed.

Can you share the private park within guarded area in goodview height? How large is it?

There will be playground and exercising equipment, these are already built on site when they launched.
There is a much larger landscape park near the Main Gantry, the waterfall and water features which I've mentioned.

Not sure how how the mechanism. If really phase 3 units are cheaper than phase 1 units, means something very "abnormal" happens in the sales of this project..

Where's the water comes from? From goodview height itself? If really it becomes the mosquito breeding place, I think it will affect the whole area, not only the houses near to it..
