I think I'll OC to 4.0GHz, screenshot it for show-off, then back to comfortable speed that wont generate extra heat. As you manually OCed, it's on all cores.

My entry level custom water cooling easily cost me 1.7K already, but I guess it's long term investment. Now waiting for beautiful ( cough*RGB*cough ) compatible water block 
I treat WC as a hobby that's why i willing to spend so much money to keep upgrading it.
