yes...better spread comes with inconveniences. plus the interface doesnt even tell you, you average rate you bought and etc. very basic interface. You know you cant expect too much from UOB for this matter.

Seem CIMB can be explored.

Silver? ermm...physical?
*
I used CIMB several years, happy enough.

Silver... Becos of taxes, best to do bigger physical billions, not coins for better spread. If gold rises, silver always follow, with bigger increase.

Yes because kijang as reference it is set by BNM

For conventional and miga the calculation would be differential because of Shariah advisory fees purpose which is around rm3 per gm or 0.5% extra

If you mean physical gold yes provided that you are getting preferred price by certain branch managers

Conventional gold if you wanna buy better off buying direct those reputable dealers 🤦‍♀️ because the banks will add another spread just % is not as high as gold retailers spread

after consolidating for a month or so, gold has turned bullish at $4140.

XAU/USD first resistance would be $4,100, followed by $4,150 and by the last cycle high of $4,245, November’s 13 peak.

various reports say central banks continue to buy gold. And silver too now.
some sovereign and institutional funds buying too.

for silver stackers... this is from an indian youtuber:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9CO9N0cKYs

india, china, russia are busy buying & hoarding physical silver while new york & london are frantically suppressing silver price with massive paper shorts. watch nov 26, dec 27, mar 26.

good morning.

Silver rose 3.6% overnight; from the incr, some futures contract buyers must have stood for delivery.
dec 27 wudn't see the same thing as the data shows most of the dec contracts have been rolled over to mar 2026.
26 march 2026 is now the date to watch!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezXAXqNgDVI

the silver squeeze is on. London & Shanghai are said to be running very low on physical silver.
question is will the paper silver trade finally break in mar 2026.
physical silver has been in deficit supply for last 6 years; silver is consumed in solar panels, EV batteries, robotics, semiconductors, military.
russia & india are reported to be buying & stocking silver while china has stopped exporting the metal.

metal - monthly% - YTD%
gold 4.67% 58.79%
silver 13.98% 84.80%
platinum 0.63% 77.66%

gold $4163/oz; RM554.0/g
silver $53.30/oz; RM7.09/g
RM4.136/$, DXY 99.56

happy stacking!
