You SHOULD get the loan rejection letter. Call up the banker and ask them to send you the loan rejection letter to your email. Take note that they may take their own sweet time to send it so keep pestering them for it.

If the banker said something like 'Oh, we usually don't provide rejection letters' or some sort, then the banker is a dumbass or probably new to the company. Request to speak to someone else and tell that you need the rejection letter to get your booking fee refunded, obviously.

Usually one loan rejection letter from one bank will do to get back the booking fee ?

My previous developer asked me at least 2 letters of rejection before can refund.

First banker (maybank) found my case as shitty because insufficient income, so he didn't want to process or produce the reject letter. But I got angry and told him if he knew my income is less, at the first place why he insisted me until I submit all my documents. Eventually, he said his manager agreed to produce the letter.

Second banker (Bank Islam) is much easier to deal with. Look at my income, The office said wont succeed. Then immediately she ask "Do you want me to prepare rejection letter?"

Third banker (RHB), is the greatest of all. The officer went all out helping me to pass, including investigating all my asset/saving. Eventually my loan was approved. However, this loan is for different developer (but same amount).

I wanted to get a rejection letter from Maybank because I had a some financial problem. But after I told the banker, he said he wouldn't able to do so and I sent him whatapps, call his mobile phone, all no reply and no pick up.

May I know who should I contact now?

and why are you uploading his photo? U took his time, now simply want to cancel due to your own reason and when he said he is not able to do so, you decided to upload his details and photo.. There are ways to do it, and posting like this due to your own stupidity wont solve it. My banker said she can help me to do loan reject letter if I need it and its Maybank as well. Maybe you can check youself first how you communicate with people that you need and how u react when things dont go your way. Or can say bye bye to your deposit if what youre doing this for is to get back your deposit.

If the penalty from developer is 500 or lesser then just give them la.

Bank has no obligation to issue or help you with loan rejection letter. If your loan application is approved, bank couldn't and wouldn't issue loan rejection letter.

Actially bank never call you for yr loan rejection.

They just keep quiet.
