Hope you guys can advise me what to do.

I wanted to get a rejection letter from Maybank because I had a some financial problem. But after I told the banker, he said he wouldn't able to do so and I sent him whatapps, call his mobile phone, all no reply and no pick up.

May I know who should I contact now?

I am so shock, previously he would reply instantly and would be very patient, then after I express my intention to get the rejection letter, he changed 180 degree.

Please help guys.
