paultan said the 1.6cvt version 13.5km/l. it is combine (city + highway) rite? if like that. it almost the same with current Preve CFE engine FC which is around 13.8km/l. i tot it should hv better number.zz

1.3 cvt not out yet. Can always wait till maybe end of the month(if 1.3cvt comes out by mid of this month) then someone might post on carbase to review the car.

strange..i tot its kinda manufacturer's responsibility to furnish the data as well for the 1.3cvt?

or maybe they didnt show that data cos its sucks fuel?

Confuse either 1.3cc cvt or 1.6cc cvt?

if u have the budget must as well go for 1.6. Most people say 1.3 cars harder to resell.

Test drove the 1.6 cvt car over a short route, noticed the following :
- good handling
- smooth acceleration although i notice the engine tend to hold on lower gear when slowing down
- nice interior despite some obvious plastic surface
- aircond knob plastic very disappointing, im sure they can get better one.. Come lah proton
- engine sound a bit rough..

Gonna do another test drive.. On longer stretch.. Before i make the jump

depend on budget , 1.6 for sure will be better if budget can reach that range .

then highly i will consider buying iriz ..

Agreed. According to Paultan, 1.6 can get up to 6.6/100km(~15.15km/l) so I'm guessing it can reach close to 18.5km/l.
