LOL ,what's the difference between kbps and kb/s? unless you are trying to say kbps or kBps.

102kbps = 102kb/s (kbps = kilobitpersecond = kb/s)

102kbps = 12.75kBps (kilobytespersecond)

I think the phone line is top notch, so this is just something need to be done at the DSLAM right?

currently the speed is only around 1.6-1.7Mbps

Been using 4mbps quite some time adi, almost 2 years. Recently found speed not so stable, and once saw another unknown shared PC connected.

Want to ask, is the TM original modem (D-Link) easier to hack compared to other modem? Think of getting, but not sure if that will solve the problem...

my speed has never exceeded 2mb,should i change to a new router or contact tm?

high ping to google dns, and at the time im writting this post, i have random internet stopped responding problem, even lowyat forum also same,

pretty sure my modem no problem, ping to modem normal <1ms, modem to local TM normal 45ms, then go outside local TM has slow down and timeout problems
