The USB Port is for Cloud Print or Cloud Storage or maybe put a laptop cooler below? tongue.gif
Other than that, what other minor differences between ASUS DSL-N12E VS DSL-N12U?
*
Currently I'm using DSL-N12U biggrin.gif Yes, USB port really handy if u utilizes it. U can run torrent or direct download at your router, just connect pendrive. thumbup.gif

Other than that,

-n12u support dual wan, can do load balance using 3g/4g usb modem.
-n12u support vpn server/client.
-n12e cannot detach wireless antenna.

No no, you are correct. Older model DSL-N12E (not sure what revision) doesn't have detachable antenna.

I was sharing the information I found on Google that the DSL-N12E-C1 revision have detachable antenna, but not sure local reseller got sell or not.
*
I see, checked mine in router webinterface shows DSL-N12U_C1. But at box only wrote DSL-N12U. sweat.gif

From their page..
4mbps.. u can 'add-on' HyppTV
but for 8mbps...it's free
*
Meaning I need to subs 'add-on HyppTv' first in order to get FREE STB? Or still receive STB but cannot use it?

Look for ipv6 somewhere in router settings, disable it.

Got few user report ipv6 will slow down youtube streaming.

Guys I'm new at this streamyx thing, so have several question about them,

1. How much is the quota allocated?
2. The bills will be fixed at 148.80 every month right? not overcharge if you used the internet more then the allocated quota (with no use of call function)

Thanks for any reply
*
There is no quota for normal streamyx package.

Only 'streamyx lite' got quota, 1gb per month. sweat.gif

After few years of struggles, finally im officially here.

my bills already come, so it's officially supported i believe.

it's been a rough road, from 1mb to 2mb, to 4mb.

is there any possibility to 8mb ?

since no unifi here
*
Post ur adsl stats here. 8mbps depends on ur adsl line quality and availability port I guess.
