How is this modem running for you? Is the routing and Wi-Fi okay? As in can handle ~10 Wi-Fi users at ago?

Also for the bandwidth balancing, what sort of feature does it have? QoS?

I need little help regards to the streamyx 4mbps please.
I'm newbie in streamyx stuff. And don't flame me if my question way too suck/outdated.
As it is 4mpbs speed, is it normal to have downloads speed so much lower than it suppose to be? (I never aspect it should going to max 4mbps, but yea it is way too slow for me).
Let say, downloading from youtube using idm, I just got maximum speed of 40kbps. And certain source it could go up as much as 500kpbs only (from google drive).
So is that normal to happen in such a way?
Is there any additional setting in router I could give a change to maximize its capability?( I already make adjustment on channel, mode, bandwidth, but there's not much different)
Hope someone could give me a slight idea on this issue.
