My Sg long friends always said distance very far from KL City, somemore this's another 14.3km away from bandar Sg long, why bear bear too proud of this project?

"Red brick" - go ahead and drive to SEH. See the ongoing development yourselves. Don't pee in your pants when you see SEH is also using red bricks.

with malais, negroes and empty house of course

so made up your mind di? doom or samkps? samkps alwayls try to link even bandar mahkota cheras to semenyih, standard like developer, in Sp sites, they say 35 minutes to heart of KL. how insulting...

breaking down to minutes in non off peak hours wont help to save the project..

ghost town in the making, investors clubs anchoring there... ask your peers samkps, everyday using waze and pelangi semenyih 2 & 1.. also now recently bandar tasik kesuma, all low income group not to mention the crimes rates there too...

bbw hate those aunty/uncle layman, BTC ppl earning good money simply taking risk blindly but he himself highly educated, more knowlegeable than "these ppl" yet earning lesser than "them"..... 8 out 10 ppl you interview in kl city and selangor will say that, 2 of the jokers must be investors in SEH..

you cna try ask:

zuiko (confirmed goodview is far, Semenyih is further)
