QUOTE(ahodil @ Sep 7 2014, 09:49 AM) Fred' not.QUOTE The new Moto X makes a good first impression, but that's as much to do with the software as with the hardware. Luckily, owners of last year's Motorola devices won't be left in the dust. Motorola's Punit Soni has confirmed that all the new software features will be ported to the last generation devices, provided there is hardware support. http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/09/05/mo...ed-by-hardware/ |

QUOTE(MPIK @ Sep 7 2014, 01:48 PM) given the way moto handles it's previous phones in which they are doing a terrific job with the battery life i don't see this as much of a problem. and besides don't forget the new moto x supports Snapdragon Quick Charge 2.0 and moto claims you only need to charge for the first 15 mins to get 8 hours of battery life, but don't get too excited though...http://phandroid.com/2014/09/05/motorola-t...-in-15-minutes/ btw am i the only here who aren't satisfied with moto decision to bump up the screen size to 5.2"? seems like moto forgets what makes the precursor model so special and instead decides to appeal the hardcore specs geeks demograph instead with the "bigger is better philosophy" |

Xiaomi MI3 is taller and wider than the new Moto x, shouldn't be a problem for Asians hands then.

I was looking between Moto G and Moto X for a new phone (still deciding). Should I get the current one in the market or should I wait for this new one?
Budget wise, I'm leaning towards Moto G, but aside from that I really like those Moto X. |
