anyone experience problem with their camera shutter key ?

what kind of problem?

when you try to light press to focus it doesn't lock focus

for auto mode don't have this lock focus I think...

the issue is like this. when using the 2-stage shutter key, you can focus when you press 1st stage but when you want to snap a picture, the focus will lost when pressing the 2nd stage. to avoid this, you need press harder on 2nd stage.

for heavy users only...

pardon for my noobiness but i really don't understand how that package work?

using old celcom corporate plan as my previous company allows me to claim for the bill. now that i've moved to current company, feel like a waste paying 100++ bill every mnth. haha and my old smartphone started to shut down unexpectedly.

was thinking of buying z2 or z3 but then saw this package.. and i was also planning to change my celcom plan looong time ago but always forgot. haha

You need to commit a monthly committment of Rm238/Month for a 2 Years contract with them. Only then you can buy it at Rm938.

If you take say the cheapest one

Celcom First One Plan 3GB RM68 monthly


You have to pay the phone RM1,788 + RM400 (this will be rebated back to you RM40 per month for 10 months)

So for the next 10 month you only pay RM68 - rebate RM40 = RM28 per month (3GB data free)

After 10 months your monthly bill will be RM68 per month (3GB data free)



I'll take Celcom First One Plan 5GB RM88 monthly

I have to pay RM1,588 + RM600 (this will be rebated back to me RM60 per month for 10 months)

So for the next 10 month i only pay RM88 - rebate RM60 = also RM28 per month but (5GB data free)

After 10 months my monthly bill will be RM88 per month with (5GB data free)

If i could trade in my iPhone5 to Celcom at RM1200 then i'll only need to pay around RM1000 for the phone with the above package

Well guys, my problem came back.

Bare with me while explain in details.

Only happens with whatsapp (or maybe other messaging app).
When one message comes in, no notification sound can be heard, only when the 2nd message onward, the notification sound starts to come.
But that also wasn't the case. Sometimes no sound at all even multiple messages coming in.

I've to restart the phone in order for it to work properly.
I'm out of ideas already. To say the speakers not working, it works brilliantly! Very nice sound.


Tried reinstall whatsapp, but to no success.
Should i factory reset? I hoped to avoid this, but if there's no other solution, i might do it.

You could try turning notifications off and turning it back on. You can also opt to tick the "Notify when screen off" and see if it helps.

You wont feel the pinch if you trade in your old phone to them at the same time.

Anyway i still feel buying with telco is the cheapest way.

I not really notice the sound coz I normally put vibrate / silence during working hour. and normally I just check the light blink. haha

but for my old phone, whatsapp only come out 1 notice sound 1 time if u have multiple msg in the same whatsapp group . individual will keep on give notice sound

Whatsapp settings. You have to go into whatsapp first.

Yeah. I know about that. But this is individual contact.
It's working normal now but when i turn the volume all the way down or put the phone in vibrate mode only, then i turn the volume back up, that's when the problem comes back.

I couldn't find the option in the app.
