snapdragon 805 is still based on armv7 and exynos based on armv8 which similar with upcoming snapdragon 810.

the exynos may not that bad in the power efficiency this time. waiting review on this.

But what if you're on a 1Gbps fibre net or 300Mbps LTE, provided with sufficient it doesn't matter already.

But then Adblocker it uses more I/O and processing power to remove those elements from the webpage, therefore causing more CPU usage.

i tried to search in the internet that 805 is more efficient than exynos..cant seem to find any reliable source

That one is special case. The big.SMALL in i9500 was a failure, seems like this time round they learnt a thing or two from Mediatek on their governor.

The Galaxy Note 4 Exynos variant (N910C) uses one of the newer Octa-Core processors from its latest Exynos 5 line up. Like the recently announced Galaxy Alpha, the latest Exynos 543X series uses a smaller 20nm fabrication process. As comparison, the current Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 is still on 28nm.

What that smaller number means is that its transistors are packed more closely and in theory, should provide better performance and power efficiency. The Galaxy Alpha runs on an Exynos 5430 which consists of 4x Cortex A7 cores at 1.3GHz + 4x Cortex A15 cores at 1.8GHz.

Guys, quick question, is it really true that samsung phones tend to lag after a certain period (p/s: rooting is not an option for me, later warranty void)...im thinking of switching my 5S to the note 4...disappointed with the 6/6+
