Looks seamless, I wonder if the resolution include the strip beside the phone or the strip is entirely another panel.

QUOTE(xcxa23 @ Sep 4 2014, 02:04 PM) Some video about the key point would be great, Camera covert to text is brilliant, been wanting this since I start college. Too lazy to copy. Like the s pen features new features, camera converting into text, 4/8 way or voice recording, fast charge and the shining blink blink back cover.. btw, nice job Fast charge too |

QUOTE(mydragoon @ Sep 4 2014, 02:50 PM) finally someone started this N4 thread... I think I'll go for Edge if ever SME release it over here. Will take Note 4 if I think it's nothing useful to me.for me... no brainer. if want something that people will talk about... edge. but if want something that is practical, note4. taken from the OnePlus One thread, my opinion on edge: |

QUOTE(EroS @ Sep 4 2014, 09:58 PM) I still prefer the speakers to be placed at the bottom like the N3. Don't know why Samsung would want to move it to the back again. I wonder why also. I can understand no water resistant and no USB 3 but why move speaker to back Wondering whether will Samsung ever put stereo speakers on a note. |

QUOTE(((Xa))0102 @ Sep 4 2014, 10:13 PM) What if we pair the 805 with a 720p screen i.e. the Note 2, would it be god like? Experience wise to me, both are the same. I don't really store stuff on internal memory and I don't use much apps, so 16GB is pretty sufficient. All of my phones have 32GB SD cards. 2GB RAM is still can keep up with modern standards. Good example would be G Flex. Snapdragon 800 but screen resolution is 720p with massive 3500mAH ![]() |

QUOTE(EroS @ Sep 4 2014, 11:05 PM) Now the palm will be covering the speaker & the phone will have to be put on its front to be able to hear the sound when putting in on the table. I see, I never transfer file on my phone except whatsapp backup when I'm switch phone. Perhaps it's something to do with the thinness and metal side? Therefore they couldn't fit it.As much as I like the fast charging, I would prefer to have USB3.0 because of file transferring. Transferring a 1GB+ file with a USB2.0 IS a drag. |

QUOTE(EroS @ Sep 4 2014, 11:21 PM) I use my Note for a lot of stuff (Gaming, Movies & Documents). They have to redesign and engineer the whole thing I guess. To them maybe more than just fitting. It's slightly thicker than N3. I don't see how the metal frame will cause any problem as the charging port is in the middle & the size of the USB3.0 port is smaller than USB2.0. So, Samsung should be able to fit it in. |

QUOTE(mydragoon @ Sep 5 2014, 05:42 PM) not many talking about the VR feature. VR still very niche in market. If it perform well and up to it's expectation I might get one. Oh wait, doesn't work with Note Edge personally, I'm also not into VR. but one article I read regarding note 4 is interesting. it talks about John Carmack's involvement when it comes to VR for note 4. seems like he may have helped/ suggested certain performance improvements. not sure if this is only for VR or applicable for general use well. |

QUOTE(benny888 @ Sep 5 2014, 04:33 PM) The transfer speed on USB 3 of my ex Note3 to another USB 3 port on my Vaio notebook is approximately 10x faster vs USB2 on phone to notebook USB2 So most likely they increase Amp in their charger in order to have that fast charging? There is no significant increase in charging speed n Samsung had said that when Note3 was released |

QUOTE(benny888 @ Sep 12 2014, 12:46 AM) Just a bunch of stupid crude attempts to belittle Apple. This is not going to help Samsung. I only find the first on live streaming to be acceptable Yup, in fact it is the worst live stream ever made by Apple. Actually ip6 live streaming was the worst they had ever done . Compared to Note4 which was perfectly smooth n problem free. Those Apple tech behind it I am pretty sure will b hounded by Tim Cook. Uncle Benny getting Note 4 or Edge? |
