Visited the site over the weekend. According to SA the HTC to parkfield is 150m for the nearest unit. The rows which are open for sale are further than 150m to HTC. No idea what's the land behind parkfield though.

received another notice to pay them another 10% by mid of march, making in 55% (including downpayment).

Yeah how is the access road actually? I believe its quite near to kl center... So where do future Tropicana heights residence going to hang out ? Not too familiar with this area

Was very impressed with the landscape and lake though.. And the freehold title ... Price wise also seems fair for a Tropicana development with GnG and freehold dslh.. Any other planned highway around this area ?
