Not really agree those factor. But it is still the best master plan in kajang so far.
Therefore, to complaint about betrayal is still early unless the whole master plan is being twisted at the end.

Most if not all Buyers were told that

"Phase 1 is the only Phase with Link Houses. All future Phase will be detached houses (Semi-D, Cluster, Bungalow) and Highrise."

In fact, if u google it, even their Press Statement said the same thing.

If I was told that We are not sure what future phase launch will comprise, I would not have listed out Point No. 5

That said, I or most buyers still have confidence in the whole development but lets put in this way,

If I were to buy another RM800k++ property, it WILL NOT be in TH - that is for sure.

It probably won't be from Tropicana also, unless I love the Location and the additional discount is Fantastic

No Developer who short changed me is gonna earn my hard earned money 2x

Agree the sales talk is not really good.
But don't think the misleading sales talk is the major factor.

DPC had 473 acre land had how many DSL terrace area? And so are you really expect TH 200 acre land only had the only one DSL terrace area?

Anyway I still hope TH will deliver good quality and stunning master plan.

Btw, what you will choice except TH if for 800k++ property in kajang ? JH? goodview? TSL's Mutiara heights? Ridgeview?

JH, i think its more than > RM1 mln

GV Heights - Access not so good

I am actually waiting for MKH to launch the next landed link homes in Kajang 2. Heard its Q1 of next year, now at Registration Phase. 2.5 Link Homes from RM850K++ before rebates...

Yes, the HTC is there but think I can live with it

Else, perhaps Semenyih - i kinda like Tiara South but location is a bit far

For this area so far from KL - I am only looking at Landed. If KL Address like OKR, BJ - perhaps Highrise is still acceptable.

JH can sell over 1 mil is because the whole master plan shape is up, unlike TH what u see just a mass of development only, but if the Central Park and club house is done, then I strongly believe those DSL is selling the same price like JH as well. Property is like that, when the whole master plan shape is up, then the price will no more cheap.

Agree MKH is totally different league...

800k++ for landed, freehold, within 25-30km radius from KL, and comes with township and landscape plus reputable developer and plus again 10-15 km can reach a mega mall so far only in TH as I know....
That is why I am more concern on the quality and the whole master plan. So that in the future I can wake up in the morning and jogging at Central Park before I start going to office to start my busy day, and probably weekday after work I can have a coffee session with friend at market square that nearby lakeside. Then weekend probably I can spend my time in ioi city mall for movie or windows shopping.

i've been there yesterday, but it was raining heavily so i din take any pictures and actually see how's the progress...

Same here bro, could not see the lake. Probably due to the Hoarding put up.

But when Phase 2 is launching, we could be pleasantly surprised.

next stage of billing already..making up a total of 35% (45% if including downpayment 10%) so so so so so fast.. wondering if the site progress reflects the actual billing stages... hmm.gif

how come yours is so much slower??
15% was billed in early Oct.
Makes me wonder does the progressive billing really reflects the actual site progress..I am starting to doubt..

wow, so fast. Prev 15% was just like 1.5 mths ago.

TH really trying to bill before closing year end.

Like this, VP can be expected even possibly in Q4-2015, few mths ahead of schedule

i'm not sure, end of nov only i get charged by bank on the interest of that 15%, it was dispensed earlier on nov

the 10% is for "walls of the said Building with door and window frames placed in position"

Think for some, when the structure was at the roof, some of the walls have already been built. So its quite reflective of the actual work done

TH won't be like some other developer starting with T that was famous for fake billings

Nevertheless, intend to take a drive to see for myself in Dec over the next few weeks

certain row up to roof lo....

if u view from 3 storey show unit facing central park, the clubhouse located at 1 o'clock direction, can c the structure too.

Suggest that u check with TH. Unlike it's only at for foundation stage, perhaps did not reach you, your bank make drawdown and never send statement for progress interest.

Who is your banker again.
