phase 2 even cheaper than phase 1 .
my fren bough phase 1 in 821k ,with 5 percent rebate
almost same price , after net price .
phase 1 buyer sub sell very diff

I'm not surprise that phase 2 respond is not
encouraging. TH management is now
facing uphill task to sell all the phase 2.
Pricing is not attractive enough.

Phase 1 buyer has been misguided, as they
was informed that phase 1 is the only
link house.

Now romours that KTM station in
Kajang 2 is pending.

When will be the next good news?

Yes, phase 1 buyers have been mislead that it would be the only link homes for the entire TH project.

Since TH has officially launched phase 2 and with the limited info on phase 2, perhaps we can restart the petition for compensation for the lies told to us when we. Bought phase 1.

Very limited intermediate unit left from Phase 1.

However since no VP yet, will need Developer consent for sub sales.

Not only on Parkfield case, other projects also similar - South facing priced higher than north.

Bank valuation does take into account the saleability of the unit and how reasonable the premium is. If the extra $$$ is not too excessive, normally the bank will accept the developer selling price.

Is thr possible that tropicana will launch DS house in other coming phase? (heard thr is total 8 phase) Since they break promise that fairfield is the only phase has DS?

You mean link / terrace houses. Double storey can be semi detached or bungalow houses.

Anyway, there is a brouche that says Parklane is last opportunity to own terrace house in TH. So don't think TH will pull another fast one so soon.
