Options are first coach to novena or buona vosta from s1from1u from subang parade.

Alternatively you can try aeroline to harbourfront

Travel time abt 6 hours.

I am travelling with relatives to Singapore. Normally, I take train if I travel alone. However, they wanted bus.

Here are my questions:

- How long is the journey?
- How many stops they make during the journey?

So far, from many websites, they have the timetable but not on journey duration.
*
Konsortium (TBS - Beach Road) RM45 - 5.5 hrs (1 stop at Yong Peng)

City Express (TBS - Larkin - Kovan Hub (Kovan MRT) ) RM48++ - This one very fast one. non-stop 5hrs

Maju (TBS - Beach Road) RM50 - 5.5+ hrs (1 stop at Yong Peng, if unlucky another stop at Larkin) << I banned Maju because the farking driver cabut at woodlands. Didnt fetch until beach road.

Aeroline - 5.5hrs - 6 hrs ( 1 stop at RnR Pagoh for 20mins) - RM90 (please buy return ticket so can get discount drool.gif ) (meals included)
Sunway - Harbourfront
One U - Harbourfront
Corus Hotel (KLCC) - Harbourfront

other bus forgot already, currently only use aeroline and konsortium every week. icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif

I used to take sri maju, nice, five stars, starmart. All these they take woodlands checkpoint which is farking jam especially peak hours. worse of all the R&R is at YongPeng. This place is filled with money bloodsuckers example a nasi lemak with small chicken wing costed me like RM6 =.=, with SGD is cheap but still.... all meant to chop tourists. Usually rest for 30mins-45mins

Then I tried firstcoach coz location wise more convenient. R&R at Pagoh, a more localised area and food doesnt cost as much. 20mins break time and use Tuas checkpoint (To star vista destination, others i dunno). Farewise Rm55 and 36SGD to&fro.

Aeroline is like more premium.. Rm80+.. inside got wifi and meal provided, but have not tried before.

Err....customs and immigration at Woodlands has separate counters for train and bus passengers?  Or the same?

I see the crowd coming in by buses, I would rather take a train if there are separate counters.
*
Separate. There is no way to enter the railway station after leaving the bus passenger departure hall. Railway immigration counters are beside the railway track at the ground floor or a basement level. Bus immigration counters are upstairs. Similar to Tanjung Puteri.

Soon, they are going to add a stop at GP Prima. The station has just started operation. So, be ready to add about 15 or 20 minutes to the overall journey time for most of the companies.

Most of the Bus use Tuas Checkpoint and it no jam is about 5 hours.

Aeroline (1U) - Only stop at R&R - RM100+
Transtar (1U, Sunway, Jalan Imbi)- Only stop at R&R - Depend on Class RM50-RM120
Starmart (Time Square) - Only stop at R&R - RM50
FirstCoach - (1U, Bangsar & Subang) - only R&R - RM50
Grassland (Time Square) - Yong Peng R&R - RM50-RM55

Take First Coach, quite cheap

Else, take Aeroline, more espensive than First Coach but more choices of stops

About 5.5 hours.

Aeroline use to be less than 5 hours but my last time I used, they used Causeway which took another 1-hour instead of Second Link (to save cost)
