I think you need to gain more mass in your frame. At 168cm with 55kg, I think you're quite skinny already no?

Wtf.... trying to cut at 17 years old is f***ing ridiculous. The best time to gain a few kgs of real muscle is in your teens.
Teens + beginner phase = free steroid cycle!

Hi, I would suggest you to gain weight your weight first. Bulking up yourself first then only go for cutting. At that time, your abs will come out. Do more compound exercise which will engage core muscle. Trust me

Correct. There's nothing to sculpt from a small piece of rock. You need large quantities of raw material to chisel it into something aesthetic.

TS , I'm 17 here too icon_rolleyes.gif , I would suggest reading the stickies posted here for the workout routine and such. Getting a solid foundation of knowledge regarding calories is important. I would suggest ,like what many above stated , to gain more mass before sculpting. Ignore the fat for now and focus on the muscles . After all, fat is way easier to lose than gaining muscles.
