Sports Toto draws are done with coloured/numbered ping pong balls. Not computerised.

The only way I can think of to game the system is actually inserting the winning numbers and issuing the ticket AFTER the draw.

Its hard (maybe not impossible) to game the actual number selection process.

Yeap, I heard. More transparent. And Singapore Pools don't have 4D Jackpot. It only has the normal 1st 2nd 3rd prizes with the special/consolation prizes.
