QUOTE(Low Yat Group @ Nov 3 2014, 07:50 PM) Hi Impulse - Acacia Park Phase 2 has a bigger built-up area compared to Acacia Park Phase 1 and will be priced from RM46xk onward. We will be opening Phase 2 for registration this weekend. Do come visit us and bring along your friends and family. Bigger built-up area but smaller land area right? If I'm not mistaken, the land area for Phase 2 is 18'x75' |

So who is going to the launching this weekend? I'm not going to be able to come since I'm out of town. Maybe someone can update here what's going on for me
And I heard that those who already registered their interest for Acacia Phase 1 will have to fill in the buying form, since now they already obtained their APDL and launch. After that will proceed with loan application. I'm also interested to see which bank are selected as their panel bank |

QUOTE(PeriPeri2014 @ Nov 6 2014, 07:03 PM) Very panas! Lol. Last week when I visited the sales gallery I saw there are still a lot of units from Garden Heights Phase 5 that has not been taken. When I talked to the SA, they said most people that initially came to see GH end up registering for Acacia due to the nice price. But if I'm not mistaken, the psf for GH is lower than Acacia. I guess maybe most people are reluctant to let go their hard earned money, just like myself |

QUOTE(BTP14 @ Nov 7 2014, 12:43 PM) Hi all Wise word indeed. Just found the thread. I'm new here but 'old' in BTP. Been here since 2002. It is a good effort from the developer to have this kind of platform to get in touch and reply all the queries from the buyers. As senior, to newbies BTP, let hopes for the best but please don't put too high expectation with the township. I think to put expectation for BTP to become a township like Setia Alam or maybe even Eco World are a bit too far-fetched. However, I think it is reasonable if we expect LYG to deliver the things that they have promised such as BTP interchange, shopping mall, etc. At least basic amenities have to be there in BTP. LYG, you have to make sure you deliver your promise otherwise there will be a lot of pissed people that has put their trust in your group. Your reputation is indeed on the line with this one. |

QUOTE(alexace88 @ Nov 7 2014, 02:57 PM) Will the developer revamp the birch? I have a 1 1/2 sty house there but the maintenance is not there One of the thing that I think LYG has to work on is the existing houses in BTP. BTP in general does not have a good reputation, considering that there are quite a numbers of old houses that were abandoned, being lelong, and have very bad maintenance. If you're heading to GH show unit, you can see a lot of old houses that were poorly maintained and this would give a bad impression on BTP as overall. I'm just saying that this could be a turn off for some of the buyers. |

QUOTE(FirstHome @ Nov 8 2014, 05:43 AM) Unfortunately I can't make it to the launch this weekend, got traveling. Me too. I hope someone can post update here for us who cannot attend the launching. Will be great if you could post updates and pictures here. All the best in your launch and good sales for Acacia Park Phase 2! I'm also interested on what kind of deal are they having for Acacia Park Phase 2. Since they are doing the launching for Phase 1 and also taking the registration for Phase 2, they might have some kind of special rebate. |

QUOTE(Leetiger1971 @ Nov 8 2014, 09:32 AM) Agreed. But now I think BTP interchange is going to materialize soon since they have already started the work on it. Hopefully it won't stop halfway This post has been edited by dino_rongak: Nov 8 2014, 11:22 AM |

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Nov 9 2014, 01:42 PM) its ok for 1st home owners...... Malaysian always want big big one unlike Japanese homes that is usually small. It all comes to personal preference. Even if you have big home and put a lot of stuff, and not organized, the place will look small too. start from small then later upgrade loh....cant have everything big big right from the start what.... before...we even had houses launched for 15x55...think puchong jaya.... M Residence also have 18' width. Nowadays the normal width the developer will offer is 18, 20, or 22. |

QUOTE(Yuin Chuan See @ Nov 9 2014, 04:30 PM) No need to take serious about the words from those Acacia Park haters la. The matter of size is different based on the view of various people. I don't have any problem with anyone, I'm just expressing my opinion and try not condemning others. Everyone has their own preference, so let's try be neutral and not push people to accept our own ideology If BTP have a lot of first time home buyer, chances are they are buying for own stay. So there is a low chance of empty haunted house for these new phases la |

QUOTE(ummunawfal @ Nov 10 2014, 11:01 AM) The interchange is nearer to Block 6 rather than Garden Height ? Is dat true LYG? I,'ve tried driving from Garden Height to Block 6 n it seems quite far for me..I have visited twice but still didnt' noe where exactly the road that connects to BTP interchange from Garden height ? Could u plz explain more bout dis? Tq If I'm not mistaken, right now the only way to go to the place where the BTP interchange is supposed to be is by following the Jalan Tasik Puteri till the end or following the black line in the map here. If you follow Jalan Tasik Puteri till the end, there will be a dead end, and that is where the BTP interchange is supposed to be, while if you follow the black line you will see the Petronas station right before the supposedly BTP interchange. The road that is supposed to be connecting Garden Heights to BTP interchange directly is not there yet (blue line in the map). So the only way to go there right now is to complete the loop around BTP golf course. LYG, if my explanation here is wrong, do correct me. Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Nov 10 2014, 11:33 AM) for all the 1st time home buyers, please check with developer regarding these factors:- Last time I check, Acacia Park will have individual gate like Garden Height, and the refuse chamber will be there too. And the fence will be like Garden Height too. 1. coloum free car porch - will there be column free car porch as shown in show units? as far as i know, column free car porch is more expensive to build and you might not get as show units illustrated. 2. Refuse chamber - there is no refuse chamber right in the show units? actual it will have and where its? and also individual gate. But let's wait for LYG response to this question. I bet LYG is a bit busy this week |

QUOTE(faishalll @ Nov 10 2014, 01:46 AM) From kL to BTp and from btp to ijok via semi-clover leaf junction that will be construct. A four way dual carrier. 2 lane for loops and 2 lane into latar expressway from btp. I think right now it's difficult to imagine this. I also think the exit from KL to BTP will be very close to Puncak Alam interchange. But from my experience, there's not a lot of cars at the toll, so hopefully it won't cause haywire traffic right after the toll just to take the exit la |

QUOTE(HighwayCruiser @ Nov 10 2014, 08:47 PM) I got this from the internet. Basically this is how it should look like. They also post an almost the same image on BTP website. As I mentioned earlier, it would be right before Puncak Alam interchange, so you can also see it on the left in the picture This post has been edited by dino_rongak: Nov 10 2014, 10:19 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(MyRiz @ Nov 13 2014, 06:47 PM) Now LYG will not only compete with Mah Sing but also compete with new house launching by Bandaraya Development bhd near AEON. This is the good news for the sake of Rawang to be growth faster. Exactly. More development coming to Rawang meaning faster growth la. Hopefully supply and demand are matching otherwise there will be surplus. And as someone mentioned earlier, the developers have to really sell 'Rawang' since people conception about Rawang is still same old same old. |

QUOTE(sOuLx @ Nov 12 2014, 05:59 PM) Contact the sales gallery. Even though it's not officially open for sale, you may place a booking and they will issue you a 'Letter of Intent'. Once the got APDL, all the other process will follow. Anyone know what is the discount for AP Phase 2 now? |
