I know that land at BTP2 that LYG mention to construct clubhouse is already surrender to MPS to built klinik kesihatan integrate with pusat komuniti, however why LYG still proposed to built the club house there at 1st place. LYG also mention on previous comment, if the demand for the club house good, they will consider to built another club house near sales gallery, but now from your feedback, already confirm only 1 club house will be construct at BTP. LYG doesn’t honor the word, not professional attitude. Question 3 Q: Construction of guard post at selected location A: Guardhouse for each phases will be constructed once the RA is formed. Q: LYG have mention that LYG will construct few guardhouse at strategic location as one of LYG initiative to reduce crime at BTP, I want to know when this guardhouse will be construct. Better MPS act fast before unwanted accident happen on this mention road. So dark and very narrow. Question 12 Q: Regarding the issue of Unifi at this township, previously LYG admin suggest us to send request to TM, when it will be done. According to TM, they will bring us Unifi service if they have more than xx request for that particular area. Can I know how many users TM expected from BTP to make sure Unifi service available for this township? A: On TM Unifi, as mentioned we have already contacted TM, and they confirmed the whole of Rawang has no Unifi. Q: Is the perimeter fencing you mention already been installed? Question 14 Q: Before the entrance to BTP show gallery, have private access road belong to LYG and have small signboard shown memorial garden. Can I know what exactly this location is? Question 15 Q: The commercial land along Jalan Tasik Puteri will be heart of this township. Few investor already plan to expand their business at BTP. As i know it will be - Caltex Petrol Station (with KFC drive thru) - Shell Petrol Station - Showroom (can we know what showroom eg car, furniture) - Private School (Waldorf International School) - why MOE reject their request - Shopping mall (why LYG not build their own shopping mall and lease it, LYG have experience managing mall) A: As you have mentioned those are some of the activities planned.
