Hi LYG, based on Bandar Tasik Puteri masterplan at btp website, have area that I highlighted still no construction been done yet. Can i know when it will be launch and LYG don't highlight this area. I believe it is residential development at btp 1b and commercial development at btp2. What is the red color highlighted area

Does anyone know how the Medan Puteri 2 sales response..? LYG please update the sales status and how many unit still available out of 24 units? How many units Medan Puteri 2 have in total that include the current 24 units launch..?

Hi LYG, according from admin, LYG will built security post at few location and should be start already. I don't see any structure been build yet. Can you update the status and possible to attached picture as well.

Does LYG, will beautify the BTP grand entrance. Since the grand entrance been built and complete, i does't see any landscape work yet.

When Seiring Residence will be launch..? (Seiring East & Seiring West). I believe once the whole BTP 4 complete, then we will be issue the individual title if the developer submit to pejabat tanah right?

Hi LYG, i notice that garden heights phase 1 residents already form the persatuan penduduk ( rukun tetangga bayu angsana). They also built some structure at the last row of phase 1. how the new resident of garden heights will form the residents associate since it look like we will facing problem from phase 1 residents. Hope LYG will clarified this thing or have talk to all garden heights resident and buyer. Please send proposal about the guard post, perimeter fencing to all resident and buyer to make sure all understand what LYG plan for garden heights resident and buyer.

Saw the 3D video about bandar tasik puteri at the launch event today. Look impressive with new look of puteri central park. Can admin poat the link here to share with other forum members.

Why still not update yet the btp website about acacia park. Still mention open for registration for acacia park phase 1

1. If u enter latar highway from rawang selatan interchange, u will only pay rm2 either u exit at kundang/btp/puncak alam. If u enter to latar highway from templer u need to pay rm4 to exit at either 3 place stated b4.

fyi, mr2 is strata double storey. U hv to pay maintenace every month plus ur loan instalment. It maybe burden some buyer. However mr2 facilities better. U choose what u want n prefer. I prefer btp.

From kL to BTp and from btp to ijok via semi-clover leaf junction that will be construct. A four way dual carrier. 2 lane for loops and 2 lane into latar expressway from btp.

Great bro......the interchange located at KLK land. However no issue anymore as i know. If they do the interchange at puncak alam interchange less cost i think....just connect with existing puncak alam interchange....
