should be auto, you can see Cumulative / Transaction Spend (12/12) at the monthly statement

Nope. I never see such thing at the monthly statement. I'll give them a call. Hopefully can get them to waive me.

I see something like this:
SHELL-KONG JEN CHAN KEDAH MY


I think only valid for the New Aeon Credit Card which link the credit card with Aeon member card. I see that clause in the last pages where there's a lot of wording. sweat.gif

I think because you have the new aeon card? I refused to use the new aeon gold because can only exchange for Aeon voucher.

maybe..for watami and new aeon gold, already stated that annual fee is waived for 12 swipes..so quite clear there..i am only using the new aeon gold for the lounge access biggrin.gif

it did show in the statement. it starts from 01/12 for first transaction until 12/12 (then stays at 12/12) means you have accomplished 12 transactions in the year.
