BT application process nightmare

email 9 March 2015, call 13 March 2015, say expedite 7 working days,
now 8 working days still no sound no nothing....

Today will let me know next week....

Anyone can share experience, for eg MBB statement close 8 every mth so submit BT application to AEON on 9,

will they able to pay on time?

Make very difficult for me to decide to pay or not?

Advise from them is pay minimum, MBB going charge me interest liao....  

Always CS say follow up...but I end up follow myself...

hi all, have a question here, i hope someone could clarify for me:
for the below payment method:

"Payment via IBG using Maybank2U Online Banking",
- as shown at the 1st page, the recipient name should put "AEON Credit for ABC" (and ABC is the Initial of your Full Name as per statement). Does that mean if my name is Koo XXX XXX, i will put "AEON Credit for KOO" ?? (not manage to put full name)

I just follow my normal way of paying their banks' credit card via M2U IBG.
My full name as per NRIC for the recipient name.
Bank account number will be my credit card number.

Never fails even a single time for me for any bank, Aeon (Citibank) inclusive.

You have a very long name.
I just fill up my name in the recipient name section "Pang xxx xxx" 10 characters only.

That was what I tried to say, no need the Aeon Credit for...
Recipient name technically is for name only. Why does one still need the Aeon Credit for?
Just saying though.

the recipient part i always simply put anything also can pass through. the important part is only the cc number and nric (if you tick).

no need to put name.

as long as the acc no is correct it will go through.. name ur put nickname also can go through!
