dont worry, i also migrated from ios a month ago. if u are familiar with jailbreaking, rooting on android is almost the same concept, and u'll learn fast.

btw, ure already on CM11s. hence no need to re-install (in android they call it flash) the ROM (read as an Operating System). but, it is always advisable to re-flash the device urself if u purchased it from a local seller, as they are prone to make a few mistakes flashing CM11s and there are already several cases whereby users complained that they didnt receive OTA or Over the Air upgrades.

i'm actually beginning to suspect that the recovery-flashable 25R firmware that we could earlier download from cyanogen site is buggy. till today, i've not received OTA yet. still on 25R.

I received my Oneplus One pre-flashed to CM11S, but it was flashed using the recovery to flash over ColorOS using the non-fastboot zip. The Cyanogenmod team pulled the link to from their website to this version (it's actually still there: http://dist01.slc.cyngn.com/factory/bacon/...con-signed.zip). This works, but it seems to break the ability to update (some remnants of ColorOS must be causing an issue, and this is probably why (amongst other things) Cyanogenmod doesn't have it listed anymore).

Well well. This silent earpiece issue isn't inflicted on China OPO but also the Intl. OPO as well. CM should really fix this since a phone that does this isn't really making it look good for users.

This can be useful when you want to report a bug to the author of an app or to a contact of your choice. It will enable you to write an email and attach some diagnostic information about your system along with a recent screenshot.

For more control over what is in the screenshot you may want to generate the bug report from the power menu using the Power menu bug reports feature instead.

Steps to generate a bug report
1. Before you can generate a bug report you may need to enable USB debugging.
2. Open the app or screen you wish to be featured in your bug report.
3. Return to this menu and select Take bug report.
4. You may be warned that the collection of diagnostic information will take some time, and that you should be patient.  If so, press Report to proceed.
5. The power menu may disappear and your device may appear to go back to normal, but it is generating the bug report in the background.  Your device may vibrate or beep to indicate that it's still generating a report.
6. Eventually, you will be prompted to share the report with your email app. Choose your email app, if asked.
7. You will now be composing an email which has a screenshot and diagnostic information attached to it.  Add your own personal message to the bug report email.
8. You can now send the email to whoever you wish. Be sure to enter the desired "To" address.
